About
Big Slide is an indie rock band based in Madison, Wisconsin. They are known for their dreamy and atmospheric sound, drawing inspiration from various genres to create a unique musical experience. The band released their debut single, "Misery," on January 26, 2026, which reflects on the paradox of overpossessive, delusional "love" as depicted in Stephen King's story "Misery." The track features vocals by Madelyn, guitar by David, drums by Aishwarya, and bass by Russ/Trout. As of March 2026, Big Slide is an active band.
