About
Castrator is an all-female death metal band formed in 2013 in New York City. Known for their brutal, old-school death metal sound, they combine blistering speed, heavy grooves, and larynx-corroding vocals to deliver intense, unapologetic music. Their lyrics often tackle themes of feminist resistance, social injustice, and historical atrocities, making them stand out as a confrontational and politically charged act within the genre.
