About
Cel Ray is a Chicago-based punk band formed in 2021. Their energetic sound blends DEVO's stiffness with jazzy undertones reminiscent of the Minutemen, anchored by Maddie Daviss' dynamic vocals that bring a contemporary post-punk edge.
