About
The Chicago Chess Club is a community-focused organization dedicated to making chess accessible and enjoyable for all members of Chicago's Hispanic community. Founded by Pilsen native William Guerrero in October 2025, the club hosts events that blend recreational play with cultural celebrations, featuring music, food, and social gatherings. Their mission is to create a welcoming environment where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can come together to enjoy the game of chess.
