Closeted Alcoholic is the solo project of Madison, Wisconsin-based musician Lex Dahl, who also operates Lextasy Productions. The project's style is described as "loudfastbadsad," blending elements of punk, folk punk, and Midwest emo. Although Dahl has been active in the music scene since 2000, the project officially began performing under this name in October 2025.
