Dead on a Sunday
About
Dead On A Sunday is an American band from Denver, Colorado, known for their unique blend of gothic rock, post-punk, alternative rock, and darkwave. Formed in 2022 by vocalist and producer Ross Ryan, the band quickly gained attention with their debut album, "Strange Days," which showcased their versatility and emotional depth. Their cover of Blink-182's "Dammit" went viral on TikTok, leading to the creation of the fan-coined genre "Bobcore," characterized by a mix of darkness and levity. The band's popularity continued to rise with the release of their sophomore album, "Cold Red Sea," in 2024, and their covers album, "Undercover: Complete," which earned over 20 million streams. In 2025, they released "In Memoriam," further solidifying their place in modern alternative music. ([focoma.org](https://focoma.org/artist/218/dead-on-a-sunday?utm_source=openai))
