About
Edna's Goldfish was a prominent third-wave ska-punk band formed in Long Island, NY, in 1997. They became a staple of the late 90s ska scene with their energetic sound and pop-inflected melodies, releasing two studio albums on Moon Ska Records: 'Before You Knew Better' (1998) and 'The Elements of Transition' (1999). Their track 'Veronica Sawyer' received significant airplay on MTV's 120 Minutes. The band toured extensively with acts like Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake, and The Toasters before officially disbanding in 2000. They have since performed several high-profile reunion shows at festivals like Bamboozle.
