About
GANG! (often stylized in all caps with an exclamation point) is a prominent act within the contemporary Milwaukee hardcore (MKEHC) underground scene. Emerging in the early 2020s, the band is known for a fast, abrasive, and high-energy sound that draws heavily from classic 80s hardcore and D-beat. They frequently perform at local DIY mainstays like the Cactus Club and X-Ray Arcade, often sharing bills with other regional heavyweights such as Big Laugh and Force. The band's output is characterized by its raw production and confrontational lyrical themes, typical of the burgeoning new wave of Milwaukee hardcore.
