About
The Greenes were an American Southern gospel trio from Boone, North Carolina, active from 1979 to 2020. Founded by Everette Ralph Greene and his three children, the group released numerous studio albums and performed extensively in churches and other venues. After the passing of their father in 2004 and the death of their brother Tony Greene in 2010, the remaining members continued to perform until their disbandment in 2020.
