Hacksaw Jim Duggan

About

James Edward Duggan Jr., better known as "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, is a legendary professional wrestler and entertainer hailing from Glens Falls, New York. While primarily celebrated for his career in the WWF (WWE) and WCW—notably as the winner of the inaugural Royal Rumble in 1988—Duggan has established a presence in the music world through his participation in professional wrestling soundtracks and music videos. He is famously featured on the 1993 release 'WrestleMania: The Album,' where he performed the track "U.S.A." (produced by Simon Cowell and Stock Aitken Waterman), and has appeared in numerous novelty and theme-based music projects. In the underground music scene, particularly in Milwaukee, he has remained a cultural touchstone, making cameos in music roundups and videos (such as a 2026 mention in Milwaukee Record). Beyond wrestling, he performs spoken word and stand-up storytelling on his '2x4 Tour.'
