Little Mazarn

About

Little Mazarn is an Austin-based musical project formed in 2015 by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Lindsey Verrill and musician Jeff Johnston. Known for their unique, sparse instrumentation—primarily banjo and singing saw—the duo creates atmospheric, experimental folk music that explores themes of nature, grief, and transformation. The project evolved from the Austin underground scene, specifically the Annie Street Arts Collective, and has since expanded its sound to include synthesizers, orchestral elements, and percussion, as heard on their 2025 album 'Mustang Island'.
