Profane Order
About
Profane Order is a relentless extreme metal force from Montreal, Quebec, that emerged in 2015. Specializing in a style often described as 'war metal,' the band fuses the abrasive speed of blackened death metal with the primitive aggression of grindcore. Led by multi-instrumentalist Jordan Kelly (also known as Illusory from Spectral Wound), the group has established a reputation for chaotic and blasphemous aural violence. Their discography is highlighted by key releases such as the 'Tightened Noose of Sanctimony' EP (2017) and the full-length albums 'Slave Morality' (2019) and 'One Nightmare Unto Another' (2023), frequently collaborating with respected underground labels like Sentient Ruin Laboratories and Krucyator Productions.
