About
The Promise Ring was an American rock band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, formed in 1995. They were recognized as part of the second wave of emo, releasing four studio albums during their initial run: '30° Everywhere' (1996), 'Nothing Feels Good' (1997), 'Very Emergency' (1999), and 'Wood/Water' (2002). The band reunited sporadically after their breakup in 2002, with their last live performance in 2016.
