About
Screamer is a progressive heavy and power metal band from Kenosha, Wisconsin, founded in 1985. They are best known for their 1988 debut album 'Target: Earth,' which featured science fiction themes and a sound reminiscent of early Queensrÿche. The band remained inactive for many years before releasing a second album, 'What Excites You,' in 2008.
