Urban Classic presents REVELATION is a high-energy musical project and all-star collective dedicated to the history and future of the Minneapolis Sound. Led by legendary drummer Michael Bland, the group features a rotating cast of veteran musicians who played alongside the movement's most iconic figures. The group is composed of 'architects of the sound'—musicians who actually recorded and toured with the acts they celebrate, including Tommy Barbarella, O'Dell, and Bobby G. Their performances are meticulously crafted tributes to the catalogs of Prince, Janet Jackson, The Time, and others, performing at prestigious venues such as The Dakota and Chanhassen Dinner Theatres.
