About
Walter Mitty and His Makeshift Orchestra is a folk punk band led by singer-songwriter Dustin Cole Hayes, based in Ventura, California. After a decade-long hiatus, they released their album 'Yikes Almighty' in July 2025, following a unique treasure hunt for fans to find the album's cassette in a California desert cave.
