Whitney Fenimore
About
Whitney Fenimore is a Nashville-based indie artist whose sound merges indie-folk, Americana, and singer-songwriter into something wholly her own—rooted in raw emotion, rich melodies, and a voice that cuts deep with both strength and vulnerability. ([whitneyfenimore.com](https://www.whitneyfenimore.com/bio?utm_source=openai)) Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she grew up immersed in Christian music and faith-based culture. After attending a Christian high school and college, she began to feel the weight of that world, leading to a personal and creative rebirth rooted in growth, self-discovery, and artistic integrity. ([whitneyfenimore.com](https://www.whitneyfenimore.com/bio?utm_source=openai)) Whitney gained national attention as a semi-finalist on Season 13 of 'The Voice,' where she was a member of Team Miley Cyrus. ([thevoice.fandom.com](https://thevoice.fandom.com/wiki/Whitney_Fenimore?utm_source=openai)) Since then, she has released several singles and albums, including her 2022 album 'Leaving Ashwood' and the 2025 album 'State of Being,' which explores themes of deconstruction, doubt, faith, identity, and healing.
