About
BRITTLE is an underground emoviolence band originating from Green Bay and active in the Milwaukee DIY scene. Associated with the Silly Hats Club collective, the group is known for a sound that blends technical, dissonant riffs with high-intensity, desperate vocals characteristic of the 90s screamo lineage. They have become a fixture at local DIY spaces like the Basement Floor and have shared stages with other regional acts such as Badtz Maru. Their output, including their self-titled release, is characterized by its raw emotional delivery and volatile tempo shifts.
