The Raspberry Jams
About
The Raspberry Jams are a teenage melodic art punk group formed in 2023 in Chicago by Adeline Harris and Kenzie Hauppa while they were students at Jones College Prep High School. The band is a cornerstone of the modern Chicago DIY scene, characterized by a high-energy sound that blends punk, rockabilly, garage rock, and riot grrrl influences. They gained significant momentum in late 2023 after going semi-viral on TikTok with their single "The Raspberry Jams (We're Jamming)." In October 2024, they released their debut full-length album, *Kitty Cat Fever*. In early 2025, the group expanded from a duo to a trio with the addition of Zola on bass. The band frequently performs across the Midwest regional DIY circuit, including regular appearances in Milwaukee and other Wisconsin cities.
