About
Torture is a Chicago-based slam death metal band known for their intense and brutal sound, characterized by chuggy breakdowns and anti-war themes. Formed in 2022, they released their album "Enduring Freedom" in 2023 as a solo project by the instrumentalist K.K., who prefers to keep the band's operations DIY. Their music blends the aggressive brutality of hardcore with the technical complexity of death metal to condemn military actions in the Middle East post-9/11.
