Hailing from the 'underworld' of the Chicago music scene with deep roots in the Wisconsin-Illinois corridor, Amazing Heeby Jeebies is a high-energy 'Dixiefried Garagabilly' outfit. Legendarily 'born in the back seat of a '63 Caddy tearing down Highway 41,' the band is fronted by the charismatic Amazing Ary, whose style is frequently compared to a blend of Poison Ivy and Lux Interior of The Cramps. Their sound melds 50s boogie, 60s garage horror punk, and gritty roadside roots rock. The lineup features Chicago music veterans including Earl 'Wolfdaddy' Carter (The Riptones), Bob 'Be-Ware' Hyatt, and Tom 'Boss X' Klein. Since their formation, they have become staples at hot rod shows, motorcycle rallies like Motoblot, and underground venues across the Midwest. Their debut full-length album, 'Bad Feeling,' was released in 2018.
